Delivery

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING
It normally takes 1-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, then we can ship it in one day.

SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from https://www.hjdeck.com/, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
