Installation Notes:

Before installation the floor needs to be cleaned with acetone or alcohol (to remove the wax from the surface of the new boat) and make sure it is dry before starting the installation.
Lay all EVA flooring flat before installation. After confirming the position, tear off the adhesive backing on one corner and start the installation.
Fix the adhesive and do not move the EVA flooring.
Use the round wheel to roll during the installation process (you need to press the LOGO position with your finger in advance to avoid air entry). If there is air generated, a small needle can be used to puncture the bubble exclusion.
48 hours after installation shall not be immersed in water.

Making Templates:

Production period:

Confirm the size with you after receiving the payment, start production after confirming the size, the production process usually takes about 5-12 working days (holidays postponed), we will send you the photos and ship the order after the production is completed.

The production period for orders with customized colors/templates takes about 15-25 working days to ship.

Will my EVA flooring color fade over time?

HJDECK EVA flooring is designed for marine environments and provides excellent durability against water, weather, and UV exposure.

Like all outdoor materials, EVA foam may experience natural color changes over extended exposure to sunlight.

Darker colors generally provide better long-term color retention, while brighter colors such as red, orange, and yellow may show color changes more noticeably due to their pigment characteristics.

If your boat is stored outdoors or receives frequent direct sunlight exposure, we recommend choosing darker colors for maximum appearance retention.

Can I replace marine carpet with EVA foam Flooring?

Yes. HJDECK ships worldwide. Shipping time varies by country, product size, and season. Online tracking will be provided once your order ships.

Can you customize logos?

Yes. We can customize logos, names, numbers, color combinations, groove patterns, and layout designs. Please send your logo file or design idea for review before production.

Do I need professional installation?

No. Most customers can install HJDECK flooring kits themselves using the included layout and marine-grade adhesive backing.
