Custom EVA Foam Cooler Top Pads
Upgrade your cooler with a custom HJDECK EVA foam top pad. Designed for selected YETI and RTIC cooler models, each pad adds a cushioned, non-slip surface while helping protect the cooler lid from scratches and everyday wear.
Choose your cooler model, color and pattern, then personalize the pad with a name, boat name, business logo or custom graphic. Each pad is CNC-cut and supplied with pre-applied 3M adhesive backing for simple peel-and-stick installation.

Personalize Your Cooler Pad
Add a name, boat name, company logo, fishing graphic or custom artwork. After placing your order, email your artwork and order number to eric@hjdeck.com.
A digital design proof will normally be sent within 2–3 business days. Production will begin only after you approve the design.
Installation Instructions
Clean the cooler lid and remove all dust, oil and residue.
Allow the surface to dry completely.
Place the pad on the lid without removing the backing and confirm the alignment.
Peel back a small section of the adhesive liner.
Apply the pad gradually, pressing from the center toward the edges.
Press firmly across the entire pad, especially around the perimeter.
Allow the adhesive to bond for at least 24 hours before heavy use or washing.
For best adhesion, install at a temperature above 60°F / 15°C on a clean, dry and smooth surface.

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and material batches.
Customized pads are made to customer specifications and are not eligible for return unless HJDECK makes a production error.
Delivery
The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
PROCESSING It normally takes 1-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, then we can ship it in one day.
SHIPPING Shipment takes approximately 7 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from https://www.hjdeck.com/, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If HJDECK makes an error in processing your order, we will provide a return label free of charge. Otherwise, the customer requesting a return will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item or packaging is damaged or used, we will charge a 30% restocking fee for items already ready to be shipped. Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 15 business days of HJDECK receiving the returned item.

The product looks great and was easy to install. Take your time installing to get the gaps and the lines to aligned. The results are worth it. The flooring cleans easily too with water and small amount of soap. I had two pieces that did not fit quite right, but Eric made sure I received proper pieces that fit with no hassles.

Recently purchased a 2013 Monterey 280 sport cruiser
Recently purchased a 2013 Monterey 280 sport cruiser, the mats obviously needed updated as they were worn and torn off by previous owner. Purchasing was easy, measurements were verified prior to production and The mats turned out perfect! Gave our boat a brand new look!
The product is great and the kit fit like a glove, even had a couple extra pieces that I am still trying to figure out where they go, but it covered everything it said it would cover.
Looks good, feels good. My purchase was for gunnel rails on my Kawasaki jet ski. Installed about two months ago. They are still attached but they release when hot or in the sun. I have to keep applying pressure to prevent release on the long axis. They need to be 2-4 inches wider probably.
