Colors and Customization

Choose from multiple colors, textures, line styles, and engraved patterns. Colors may look different depending on lighting and screen settings, so please contact us if an exact color match is important.

Custom boat names, registration numbers, and logos are available. Send your artwork in AI, DXF, PDF, SVG, PNG, or high-resolution JPG format. A design proof will be provided before production. Additional design fees may apply.

Production and Shipping

• Production: Approximately 5–8 business days

• Shipping: Approximately 7–15 days after dispatch

Custom-Made Product Notice

Each kit is made according to the confirmed boat layout, color, pattern, and personalization details. Please review all information carefully before approving production.

If any panel arrives damaged or appears to have a production issue, do not install, trim, or modify it. Lay it flat and email clear photos to eric@hjdeck.com so we can review the issue and provide a solution.

Making Templates:

Production period:

Confirm the size with you after receiving the payment, start production after confirming the size, the production process usually takes about 5-12 working days (holidays postponed), we will send you the photos and ship the order after the production is completed.

The production period for orders with customized colors/templates takes about 10-25 working days to ship.

Installation Notes:

Before installation the floor needs to be cleaned with acetone or alcohol (to remove the wax from the surface of the new boat) and make sure it is dry before starting the installation.
Lay all EVA flooring flat before installation. After confirming the position, tear off the adhesive backing on one corner and start the installation.
Fix the adhesive and do not move the EVA flooring.
Use the round wheel to roll during the installation process (you need to press the LOGO position with your finger in advance to avoid air entry). If there is air generated, a small needle can be used to puncture the bubble exclusion.
48 hours after installation shall not be immersed in water.
