Installation Notes:

1. Before installation the floor needs to be cleaned with acetone or alcohol (to remove the wax from the surface of the new boat) and make sure it is dry before starting the installation.
2. Lay all EVA flooring flat before installation. After confirming the position, tear off the adhesive backing on one corner and start the installation.
3. Fix the adhesive and do not move the EVA flooring.
4. Use the round wheel to roll during the installation process (you need to press the 5. LOGO position with your finger in advance to avoid air entry). If there is air generated, a small needle can be used to puncture the bubble exclusion.
Note: 48 hours after installation shall not be immersed in water.

Making Templates:

Cleaning Tips:

Act fast to clean spills and avoid stains. Common culprits like ketchup, mustard, rusted fishhooks, fish blood, and bird droppings can leave marks if not wiped up promptly.

For general dirt and stains:

Use an all-purpose cleaner  mixed with warm water.

Scrub with a medium-bristle deck brush in circular motions.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

For tough stains like fish blood:

Combine 1 cup bleach with 1 gallon of warm water.

Scrub the affected area until the stain lifts.

Repeat if necessary.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like mineral spirits, which can damage the decking.

Maintenance Advice:

Don’t leave items (pool toys, tools, water bottles) sitting on the deck for long periods.

Keep reflective surfaces (glass, mirrors) away—they can focus sunlight and cause damage.

When not in use, cover or store the decking to protect it from prolonged sun exposure and extend its lifespan.

Production period:

Confirm the size with you after receiving the payment, start production after confirming the size, the production process usually takes about 5-12 working days (holidays postponed), we will send you the photos and ship the order after the production is completed.

The production period for orders with customized colors/templates takes about 10-25 working days to ship.

You can choose any parts shown in the drawing to place an order, and we can provide corresponding production and sales support.
