This is a custom-made EVA foam boat flooring kit. To ensure an accurate fit, we require your boat’s measurements or a template before production.
Please provide the required dimensions, measurements, or a template of your deck after placing your order. Our team will use the information provided to create the CNC-cut flooring pieces for your boat.
If you are unsure what measurements or template are needed, please contact us before ordering. We will guide you through the measurement process.

2. Provide Measurements or a Template
Send us the required dimensions or a physical/digital template of your boat deck.
3. Confirm the Design
We will prepare the flooring layout based on the information provided and send a design preview for confirmation.
4. CNC Cutting & Production
Once the design is approved, we will CNC-cut your EVA foam flooring and begin production.
This product is made to order based on customer-provided measurements or templates. It is not a ready-to-install, pre-sized flooring kit.
Please carefully review the measurements, deck layout, colors, logo, and design preview before approving production. Production will begin after the provided information and design are confirmed.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.
This includes the correct use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable).
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Production begins after all fitment and design details are confirmed and normally takes 5–8 business days.
After shipment, delivery generally takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.
Total Time:
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Please note that shipping time does not include production time.

· Sheet items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
· Kits and custom items are not eligible for return.
If HJDECK makes an error in processing your order, we will provide a return label free of charge. Otherwise, the customer requesting a return will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item or packaging is damaged or used. we will charge a 30% restocking fee for items already ready to be shipped.
Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 15 business days of HJDECK receiving the returned item.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to differences in monitors and device settings, actual product color may vary slightly from the image.
1. Before installation the floor needs to be cleaned with acetone or alcohol (to remove the wax from the surface of the new boat) and make sure it is dry before starting the installation.
2. Lay all EVA flooring flat before installation. After confirming the position, tear off the adhesive backing on one corner and start the installation.
3. Fix the adhesive and do not move the EVA flooring.
4. Use the round wheel to roll during the installation process (you need to press the
5. LOGO position with your finger in advance to avoid air entry). If there is air generated, a small needle can be used to puncture the bubble exclusion.
Note: 48 hours after installation shall not be immersed in water.

For best adhesion, install the flooring on a clean, dry, smooth, and properly prepared surface. The deck must be free from wax, oil, silicone, loose paint, old adhesive, and cleaning residue.
If your deck has a heavily textured non-skid surface, damaged coating, existing adhesive residue, or a recently painted surface, contact us before installation for preparation guidance.
Clean with fresh water, mild soap, and a soft brush or cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, fuel spills, sharp objects, and concentrated high-pressure washing along the panel edges.
Darker colors may become warmer in direct sunlight. When the boat is not in use, covering or storing it out of prolonged extreme exposure can help extend the flooring’s appearance and service life.

Yes. We can make EVA flooring with a non-adhesive rubber backing. You can purchase compatible snap fasteners separately and install them locally, allowing the flooring to be removed when needed for cleaning, maintenance, or storage. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the layout and requirements.
Custom-made kits are not eligible for standard returns. Please confirm the panel layout, color, pattern, and customization details before production. If we make a production error, we will provide an appropriate solution.
It covers eligible material and manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover normal wear, improper installation or surface preparation, accidental or chemical damage, or customer modifications.
