Important Before Ordering

Boat layouts can vary by production year, model version, factory options, engine configuration, or previous modifications. Please carefully compare the product’s panel layout with your boat deck before ordering.

If you are unsure about the fit, email clear photos of your complete deck to eric@hjdeck.com. Please include your boat’s exact year, full model name, and the areas you want to cover. We will help you verify the layout before production.

Please dry-fit and inspect every panel before removing the release liner, trimming the material, or permanently installing the flooring. If anything appears different from your boat layout, contact us before making modifications.

Colors, Patterns and Custom Logos

Multiple color combinations, surface textures, line styles, and engraved patterns are available. Because colors may appear different under various lighting conditions and screen settings, customers who require a specific color match should contact us before ordering.

Custom boat names, registration numbers, and logos are also available. Send your artwork in AI, DXF, PDF, SVG, PNG, or high-resolution JPG format. We will provide a design proof for approval before production. An additional fee may apply to certain custom designs and will be confirmed in advance.

Production and Delivery

Each flooring kit is custom-made after the boat layout and design details are confirmed. Standard production time is approximately 5–8 business days. Estimated shipping time after dispatch is approximately 7–15 days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Custom-Made Product Notice

This is a custom-made product manufactured according to the selected boat layout, color, pattern, and personalization options. Please review all confirmed details carefully before production begins.

If any panel arrives with permanent shipping damage or appears to have a production-related issue, do not install or modify it. Lay the affected panel flat and send us clear photos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.
This includes the correct use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable).

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Order Processing

Production begins after all fitment and design details are confirmed and normally takes 5–8 business days.

Shipping

After shipment, delivery generally takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Total Time:
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Please note that shipping time does not include production time.

If you need to return an item, please email eric@hjdeck.com.

· Sheet items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
· Kits and custom items are not eligible for return.

If HJDECK makes an error in processing your order, we will provide a return label free of charge. Otherwise, the customer requesting a return will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item or packaging is damaged or used. we will charge a 30% restocking fee for items already ready to be shipped.

Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 15 business days of HJDECK receiving the returned item.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Compatible Deck Surfaces

For best adhesion, install the flooring on a clean, dry, smooth, and properly prepared surface. The deck must be free from wax, oil, silicone, loose paint, old adhesive, and cleaning residue.

If your deck has a heavily textured non-skid surface, damaged coating, existing adhesive residue, or a recently painted surface, contact us before installation for preparation guidance.

Easy Care for Long-Term Performance

Clean with fresh water, mild soap, and a soft brush or cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, fuel spills, sharp objects, and concentrated high-pressure washing along the panel edges.

Darker colors may become warmer in direct sunlight. When the boat is not in use, covering or storing it out of prolonged extreme exposure can help extend the flooring’s appearance and service life.

Yes. We can make EVA flooring with a non-adhesive rubber backing. You can purchase compatible snap fasteners separately and install them locally, allowing the flooring to be removed when needed for cleaning, maintenance, or storage. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the layout and requirements.

Custom-made kits are not eligible for standard returns. Please confirm the panel layout, color, pattern, and customization details before production. If we make a production error, we will provide an appropriate solution.

It covers eligible material and manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover normal wear, improper installation or surface preparation, accidental or chemical damage, or customer modifications.
