Premium Diamond EVA Boat Flooring – 60–65° High-Density Foam with High-Temperature Adhesive
Designed as an upgraded alternative to standard soft EVA decking, this premium boat flooring combines firmer 60–65° Shore C EVA foam with a high-temperature-resistant carrierless acrylic adhesive. It provides firmer support underfoot, improved resistance to compression, and a strong, uniform bond for demanding marine applications.
The embossed diamond texture provides dependable traction in wet conditions, while the closed-cell EVA construction adds cushioning, reduces deck noise, and helps protect the surface underneath. Each sheet can be trimmed with a sharp utility knife to fit boats, yachts, personal watercraft, kayaks, RVs, steps, swim platforms, and other suitable surfaces.

Surface Requirements
For proper adhesion, install the flooring only on a clean, dry, smooth, sealed, and structurally sound surface. Suitable surfaces generally include fiberglass, gelcoat, painted metal, aluminum, and other properly prepared non-porous materials.
Do not apply directly over loose paint, wax, oil, silicone, dirt, deteriorated carpet adhesive, untreated wood, or severely textured surfaces. Textured non-skid decks may require additional surface preparation and a compatible adhesion promoter.
Installation Instructions
- Remove dirt, grease, wax, silicone, old adhesive, and other contaminants from the installation surface.
- Allow the surface to dry completely.
- Lay out and test-fit the sheet or every cut piece before removing the backing liner.
- Mark the required shape and trim the EVA with a sharp utility knife.
- Peel back a small section of the liner and carefully position the material.
- Continue removing the liner gradually while pressing the flooring into place.
- Use a pressure roller to apply firm, even pressure across the entire surface and along all edges.
- Keep the installed area dry and avoid heavy use for at least 24 hours.
Important Installation Notice
The upgraded carrierless acrylic adhesive is designed to create a strong bond. Always confirm the position, direction, and fit before removing the backing liner. Attempting to reposition the flooring after full contact may stretch the EVA foam or affect adhesive performance.
Final adhesion depends on the condition of the installation surface, surface preparation, installation temperature, applied pressure, and environmental exposure. Test a small area first if you are unsure whether the product is suitable for your deck.
Cleaning and Care
Rinse regularly with fresh water. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap with a soft brush or cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, bleach, stiff metal brushes, and pressure washing at close range. Remove fuel, oil, fish residue, and other stains as soon as possible.
Please Note
- Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and different production batches.
- Please allow minor dimensional tolerances caused by manual measurement and material production.
- Bright colors may show UV-related color changes sooner than darker colors.
- This is a DIY sheet product and is not a model-specific precut boat flooring kit.
- High-temperature-resistant does not mean fireproof. Keep the material away from flames, exhaust components, and other direct heat sources.
