Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please email eric@hjdeck.com.

  • Sheet items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
  • Kits and custom items are not eligible for return.

If HJDECK makes an error in processing your order, we will provide a return label free of charge. Otherwise, the customer requesting a return will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item or packaging is damaged or used, we will charge a 30% restocking fee for items already ready to be shipped. Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 15 business days of HJDECK receiving the returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note:

  1. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from https://www.hjdeck.com/, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.
  3. Kits and custom items: Based on our experience, even items of the same brand and model may have size variations. Size measurements can be taken on board, covered with a film. Please allow for minor errors.

 

Paid Not Shipped Cancellation Policy

For orders that have been paid but not shipped, we support cancellation. Please contact us to cancel before we ship your order. If the item has been marked for shipment, it is not possible to cancel the order.

Cancellation Policy For Custom Or Retail Kits

Customers may cancel their kit (Boat /Jet ski /custom item) order at no charge within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, your kit is still in production and is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Package Non-Delivery Policy

If the package is not delivered due to subjective reasons such as your refusal to accept the package or wrong address, we do not support refunds and you will be responsible for it!
We can accept re-delivery, but you will have to pay the re-delivery fee.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
