Installation Notes:
Before installation the floor needs to be cleaned with acetone or alcohol (to remove the wax from the surface of the new boat) and make sure it is dry before starting the installation.
Lay all EVA flooring flat before installation. After confirming the position, tear off the adhesive backing on one corner and start the installation.
Fix the adhesive and do not move the EVA flooring.
Use the Rubber Roller to roll during the installation process (you need to press the LOGO position with your finger in advance to avoid air entry). If there is air generated, a small needle can be used to puncture the bubble exclusion.
48 hours after installation shall not be immersed in water.
Making Templates:

Production period:
Confirm the size with you after receiving the payment, start production after confirming the size, the production process usually takes about 5-12 working days (holidays postponed), we will send you the photos and ship the order after the production is completed.
The production period for orders with customized colors/templates takes about 10-25 working days to ship.
Other:
You can choose any parts shown in the drawing to place an order, and we can provide corresponding production and sales support.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after order confirmation. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Except for sheets:
• Production: 3–5 business days after order confirmation • Custom orders: 5–7 business days • Shipping: 1–2 weeks after shipment
Shipping
After shipment, delivery generally takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.
Total Time: Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Please note that shipping time does not include production time.

· Sheet items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. · Kits and custom items are not eligible for return.
If HJDECK makes an error in processing your order, we will provide a return label free of charge. Otherwise, the customer requesting a return will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item or packaging is damaged or used. we will charge a 30% restocking fee for items already ready to be shipped.
Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 15 business days of HJDECK receiving the returned item.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The product looks great and was easy to install. Take your time installing to get the gaps and the lines to aligned. The results are worth it. The flooring cleans easily too with water and small amount of soap. I had two pieces that did not fit quite right, but Eric made sure I received proper pieces that fit with no hassles.

Thanks Greg at hjdecks. You immediately got a concept going for me and very quickly had a concept ready to make. I approved it and It was very reasonably priced and came quickly. It came in with 3m backing and installed super easy. And looks great.
The product is great and the kit fit like a glove, even had a couple extra pieces that I am still trying to figure out where they go, but it covered everything it said it would cover.
Overall it is great. There are a few pieces that could be redesigned a bit. But, it’s a great product and will recommend to others.
We did have a piece that came without a hole cut but you sent the correct one quickly. No complaints.
