Warranty Coverage

1. Defects in Materials and Workmanship

This warranty covers defects in materials (such as bubbles, delamination, and discoloration) and workmanship (such as uneven cutting and poor bonding).

Defects covered include:

  • Pits: Small holes in the material provided by the raw material supplier.
  • Delamination: Separation between foam layers.
  • Manufacturing Damage: Product damage caused during the manufacturing process.
  • Manufacturing Errors: Errors or issues arising during the manufacturing process.
  • Excessive Fading: Premature or excessive lightening of the product's color beyond normal.
  • Color Bleeding Exclusions: Dye loss upon contact with water.
  • Color deviation (original orders only): ±50% deviation from expected color.

2. Adhesion Performance Guarantee

Normal Hardness Sheet (50°-55°):

When installed on a properly prepared surface, the warranty period for adhesion issues is 1 year.

High Hardness Sheet/Boat Flooring Kit (60°-65°):

When installed on a properly prepared surface, the warranty period for adhesion issues is 3 years.

3. Anti-Fade Guarantee

Normal Hardness Sheet (50°-55°):

Under proper storage and protection, this warranty covers any abnormal fading within one year of purchase.

High Hardness Sheet/Boat Flooring Kit (60°-65°):

Under proper storage and protection, this warranty covers any abnormal fading within three years of purchase.

4 .Other Coverage

CAD Design Errors: Errors in the initial drawing or nesting (Note: Warranty coverage is void if the customer has approved an incorrect drawing).

Logistics Errors: Damage caused by shipment to the wrong address, loss in transit, or improper handling by the carrier.

Material Degradation: Deterioration of the EVA/PE material due to environmental exposure.

Non-Warranty Coverage

  • Installation/bonding issues
  • Light amplification effect: Heat damage caused by sunlight reflection/refraction (such as "sunburn" from vertical surfaces or highly reflective hardware, stainless steel, etc.)
  • Black as a top color: Susceptible to damage due to heat absorption
  • Normal wear, scratches, stains
  • Animal damage
  • Second-time or third-party purchasers
  • Human operation: damage caused by user modification, improper surface preparation or installation on non-recommended substrates.
  • Lack of maintenance: product deterioration caused by failure to clean regularly, improper storage or protection.

Who the Warranty Applies To

 

Only to the original purchaser of the product. This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or secondary purchasers.

Warranty Application Process

 

Pre-contact: Before removing the defective product, you must contact Hjdeck customer service. If the product has a safety hazard, please stop using it immediately. You can take photos if necessary, but you must keep the on-site evidence.

Material submission: Provide photos, fault descriptions or other verification information as required.

Product return: If you need to return the product, Hjdeck will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Hjdeck Liability

Replacement Service: Replace the defective part and provide a product that is closest to the original specifications.

Refund Policy: If a replacement product cannot be provided, the corresponding amount will be refunded according to the circumstances.

Only Valid Terms

This warranty is the only valid warranty. No employee, agent, or distributor is authorized to modify or provide additional warranties on behalf of Hjdeck LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Hjdeck is not responsible for any incidental or consequential losses (such as loss of income, time costs, etc.).
