We currently have a reference panel layout for this boat, but we do not have verified dimensions or a production-ready CAD file.
This is not a ready-to-ship flooring kit. After placing your order, you will need to provide clear photos of your complete deck and measure several specified areas so we can confirm the scale and layout before production.
Depending on your boat’s layout and the measurements provided, a full-size physical template may also be required.
Production will not begin until all required measurements, layout details, colors, and design options have been confirmed.

Your boat’s exact year, brand, and full model name
Clear photos showing the complete deck and all requested coverage areas
Measurements of the areas marked by our design team
Details of any hatches, seat bases, table holes, hardware, or other obstructions
Your preferred colors, pattern, and logo options
We will review the information and prepare a design proof for your approval. If the measurements are not sufficient to create an accurate kit, we will ask you to make a physical template of the deck.
Boat layouts may vary because of production year, model version, engine configuration, factory options, or previous modifications. The panel layout shown in the product images is for reference only and does not guarantee an exact fit without measurement confirmation.
The listed price covers the areas shown in the product layout. Additional panels or coverage areas may require an additional charge.

Multiple color combinations, line styles, surface textures, and engraved patterns are available. Custom boat names, registration numbers, and logos can also be added.
Colors may appear different under various lighting conditions and screen settings. Please contact us before production if an exact color match is important.

Production time begins only after the final dimensions and design proof have been approved.
Please dry-fit and inspect every panel before removing the release liner, trimming the material, or permanently installing the flooring.
If anything does not match your boat, stop installation and contact us with clear photos and measurements. Customized flooring that has been installed, trimmed, or modified cannot be returned.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.
This includes the correct use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable).
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Production begins after all fitment and design details are confirmed and normally takes 5–8 business days.
After shipment, delivery generally takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

· Sheet items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
· Kits and custom items are not eligible for return.
If HJDECK makes an error in processing your order, we will provide a return label free of charge. Otherwise, the customer requesting a return will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item or packaging is damaged or used. we will charge a 30% restocking fee for items already ready to be shipped.
Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 15 business days of HJDECK receiving the returned item.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Before installation the floor needs to be cleaned with acetone or alcohol (to remove the wax from the surface of the new boat) and make sure it is dry before starting the installation.
2. Lay all EVA flooring flat before installation. After confirming the position, tear off the adhesive backing on one corner and start the installation.
3. Fix the adhesive and do not move the EVA flooring.

For best adhesion, install the flooring on a clean, dry, smooth, and properly prepared surface. The deck must be free from wax, oil, silicone, loose paint, old adhesive, and cleaning residue.
If your deck has a heavily textured non-skid surface, damaged coating, existing adhesive residue, or a recently painted surface, contact us before installation for preparation guidance.
Clean with fresh water, mild soap, and a soft brush or cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, fuel spills, sharp objects, and concentrated high-pressure washing along the panel edges.
Darker colors may become warmer in direct sunlight. When the boat is not in use, covering or storing it out of prolonged extreme exposure can help extend the flooring’s appearance and service life.

Yes. We can make EVA flooring with a non-adhesive rubber backing. You can purchase compatible snap fasteners separately and install them locally, allowing the flooring to be removed when needed for cleaning, maintenance, or storage. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the layout and requirements.
Custom-made kits are not eligible for standard returns. Please confirm the panel layout, color, pattern, and customization details before production. If we make a production error, we will provide an appropriate solution.
It covers eligible material and manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover normal wear, improper installation or surface preparation, accidental or chemical damage, or customer modifications.
