Description:
Accept any customizable logo/text/pattern, such as ship name, person name, boat name, person name, store name, logo, note, caution, reminder, etc. Decorations are available in various sizes and colors.
This customizable mat is made of EVA foam with self-adhesive backing. The thickness is 6 mm (0.24 inches) (thickness can be customized).

SCRATCH RESISTANT: It has a brushed texture that won't fade or break.
INSTALLATION METHOD: First, clean the paste surface, peel off the paper on the back of the mat and stick it on. Press slowly to adhere it firmly.

You can attach the nameplate anywhere you like on your boat: for example, the deck or aft bulkhead of a kayak, the inside or outside of the beam of a rowboat or sailboat. The nameplate will stay on for a long time without protection. It can also be coated with adhesive for extra strength.
Delivery
The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 1-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, then we can ship it in one day.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from https://www.hjdeck.com/, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Sheet items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
- Kits and custom items are not eligible for return.
If HJDECK makes an error in processing your order, we will provide a return label free of charge. Otherwise, the customer requesting a return will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item or packaging is damaged or used, we will charge a 30% restocking fee for items already ready to be shipped. Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 15 business days of HJDECK receiving the returned item.

- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- Kits and custom items: Based on our experience, even items of the same brand and model may have size variations. Size measurements can be taken on board, covered with a film. Please allow for minor errors.

Custom
1. Before installation the floor needs to be cleaned with acetone or alcohol (to remove the wax from the surface of the new boat) and make sure it is dry before starting the installation.
2. Lay all EVA flooring flat before installation. After confirming the position, tear off the adhesive backing on one corner and start the installation.
3. Fix the adhesive and do not move the EVA flooring.
4. Use the round wheel to roll during the installation process (you need to press the
5. LOGO position with your finger in advance to avoid air entry). If there is air generated, a small needle can be used to puncture the bubble exclusion.
Note: 48 hours after installation shall not be immersed in water.
